Pet Policies

Metro Property Management works very hard to continue to offer pet friendly complexes. Each of our complexes has their own application.

Pet Application Request

Any prospective tenant or current tenant wishing to have a pet is required to fill out an application and pay the required pet fees. Please fill in the below information, and a pet policy manual and application will be sent directly to your email.

Pet Fee

TENANT will pay a $200.00 non-refundable pet fee. This fee is merely a cost to have one (1) pet reside in the rental unit. This fee is not transferable to another pet. This fee does not in any way cover damages done to the unit or the grounds by the pet. Furthermore, this fee is to be paid in full regardless of the length of time the pet is in the rental unit.

Monthly Pet Fee

The monthly pet fee is $35 per pet. The monthly pet fee will be added to lease installments.

Weight Restrictions

Metro Property Management has a (2) pet limit. The combined two pets may NOT weigh more than 75lbs for any apartment complex.

Townhome tenants may abide by the (2) pet limit, however, one pet my weigh up to 100lbs, or two pets combined may not weigh over 100lbs.
